Office Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals is immediately hiring an Office Coordinator to work with a leading security company in Denver!
Compensation: $25/HR
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and manage new employee onboarding
- Fleet maintenance – scheduling/managing/tracking/etc
- Phone account – track work phones/manage updates/etc
- Quote follow ups
- Miscellaneous office tasks (as assigned)
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Multitasking skills (preferred)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in office administration services
- High attention to detail and comfortable with repetitive routines
- Ability to be collaborative and provide helpful communication to management, peers and customers
- Good working knowledge of PC software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education Requirements:
- Associates Degree in related field or equivalent education or experience
Position Type: Contract-to-Permanent
Compensation: $25/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm
