Immediate Need for an Office Assistant with a variety of skills. Up to $25 per hour, contract to hire.
Account Management Service 75% , Bookkeeping and HR - 25%
- Responsible for incoming calls for sales and service for rental equipment
- Inventory tracking and preparing rental agreements and giving quotes
- Enter and bill service tickets and assist with purchase of equipment
- Process A/R and also A/P invoicing
- Enter payroll and print checks and reports
- Assist with HR duties such as new hire paperwork and DOT physicals and work comp claims.
