Job Description

  *   New Sales Order Acknowledgement & Processing
  *   Generating invoices and packing slips
  *   Maintaining Open purchase orders
  *   Maintaining inventory sheets & monthly Wall-Wall inventory
  *   Maintaining Calibration Program and Schedule
  *   Ordering raw materials for stock
  *   Project Close Out Activities (electronic archiving)
  *   Re-ordering shop supplies (hot work, shipping supplies, HW)
  *   Processing paperwork for Incoming Material (for stock & direct mail)
  *   Periodically support Pick/Pack/Ship Functions for Pass Thru Sales
  *   Periodically support contacting our 3PL for shipments
  *   Filing all COCs, CoA, Material certificates

Software/computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Office and Outlook. Office 365 a plus. Minimal QuickBooks a plus (not necessary)

This individual must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, a self-directed fact finder and attentive to details.
