- Calls are answered by a live agent 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year
- All shifts available (Day eventually, Evening and Overnight shifts available)
- The hotline is growing to over 100 agents by October
- The Hotline conducts immediate warm handoffs for at-crisis risk customers
What you will be doing
- Provide excellent customer service to the customers and those calling on the customers behalf
- Follow the processes of the Department and perform all tasks in a courteous and professional manner.
- Protect the privacy of the customers
- Direct callers to the proper resources and coordinate with different departments to resolve issues
- Work in a variety of technologies to perform required tasks
- Manage prioritized tasks in a time-sensitive environment
