LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WHO CAN JUGGLE A NUMBER OF HATS FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITY LOCATED NEAR AIRPORT..
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan production schedules; convert sales forecasts and customer orders
- Determine inventory needs and place material orders
- Responsible for inventory control of both raw material and finished goods
- Track orders and audit all invoices
- Communicate shipping plans, production delays
- Audit invoices and payables for accuracy
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Experience in purshasing, warehousing, inventory and stock control, record keeping
- 2 - 5 years prior experience within maufacturing industry preferred
- Strong negotiation, organizational and time management skills
- Experienced in ERP system and IQMS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly EXCEL
M - F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
