Express Employment Professionals is currently assisting local clients in the downtown Nashville, TN area with their search to fill an industrial customer service specialist position.
Manage major accounts which includes: high volume and high accuracy order entry, keeping track of open orders, working with scheduling and assisting with invoicing.
Communicate with customers with order confirmations, relaying tracking numbers, estimated delivery dates, and problem solving customer issues.
Work in conjunction with the sales and production teams to help provide our customers the best service in the industry.
Perform various tasks for management as requested.
A great customer focused attitude and work with a sense of urgency and be able to work well in a team setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The candidate should be very detail-oriented and extremely organized.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft products) with prior ERP system experience and ability to learn X3 ERP system (training provided).
5+ years prior experience in fast paced industrial customer service environment preferred.
