Basic Duties include
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems. • Perform maintenance or repair on transportation vehicles. • Perform maintenance or repair on machinery. • Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on engines and equipment. • Disassemble and restore to working order various mechanical and/or electrical devices such as clutches, starters, transmissions, or engines. • Operate hand tools and power tools used for mechanical repairs. • Keep service records and repair records. • Maintain parts and supplies inventory.
