Job Title: Customer Service
Pay: $18/hr.
Location: Centennial, CO
Position type: Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday - availability between 7am-6pm
Express Employment Professionals in Centennial, CO is immediately hiring a qualified Customer Service Representative to provide support to incoming customers regarding their upcoming orders. This person will be responsible for creating a good customer experience, assisting over the phone and/or email to locate items the customer desires to purchase and provide product information.
Job Highlights:
- Help customers place orders over phone and/or email
- Confirm delivery dates
- Email invoices to customers
- Provide quotes/pricing and other product related information
- Resolve issues/answer questions
- Fielding up to 40 calls/day and upwards of 50 emails/day
- Data entry/Order entry

- The ability to prioritize throughout the day and week
- Flexible, positive attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
