An essential provider of Employer Benefits and Insurance is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for their growing team in Scottsdale. Responsibilities are based around assisting customers and providing them with an excellent experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Field inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Provide updates and act as a subject-matter expert to assist with their questions and needs
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Go above and beyond to provide a great experience to customers
- Perform any other data entry, administrative and office duties
- At least 1 year of previous experience in call center, customer service, or insurance setting
- Previous experience in phone work
- Previous experience navigating multiple computer databases while working on the phone; multi-tasking
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
- Willingness to be flexible based on office needs
