Customer Service Representative

Our client, a luxury consumer products company is looking for a high level Customer Service Representative to join their team. We are looking for people with 1-2 years experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced rapidly changing environment
- Create and maintain customer contact databases
- Maintain effective and supportive communication with the customers
- Compose and respond to the customer email requests
- Respond and resolve inbound customer telephone calls and voice mail messages
- Create Sales Orders and provide customer Sales Order Acknowledgement
Ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years in a customer service environment
Demonstrated problem solving ability in a cross functional environment
Demonstrated task and time management responsibility
Strong organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
