Customer Service Representative

Supervision/Authority

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day to day support of our customers and the front office. The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Office Manager.

Working Conditions

The Customer Service Representative will be required to work in an office setting. The Customer Service Representative will be working in a group environment. The office is a fast paced, busy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and be well organized.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service


The Customer Service Representative will learn to play a key role to our existing and prospective customers. The Customer Service Representative will be trained in the proper techniques of customer service, data entry, filing and maintaining files, scheduling service calls and deliveries, receiving payments, running and processing credit cards, daily deposits, monthly invoicing, budget recalculations, speaking to customers on the phone and follow-up. The Customer Service Representative will be trained to handle all customers (internal and external) in a professional manner and in keeping with the company's C.A.R.E. policy (Customer's Are Really Everything).

 

Paperwork

 

The Customer Service Representative will be trained to properly document all customer contact. All paperwork must be filled out completely and legibly. All customer requests and any additional work needed must be documented and turned into the Office Manager for further action.

 

Housekeeping/Safety

 

The Customer Service Representative will be expected to maintain a neat and safe work area. It is extremely important that our customers and employees are taken care of in a safe manner.

Flexible Schedules -  looking for both FULL TIME and PART TIME candidates who can work, AM, PM and weekends! 

Bilingual in SPANISH is a plus.
