Our client, a luxury consumer products company, has a full time opening at their headquarters in Montvale, New Jersey.
This role involves assisting customers with product issues, instructing customers on how to use product features and escalating calls for repairs.
Duties Included but are not limited to:
· Receive customer inquiries, questions, complaints by phone, email and fax.
· Research customer requests and questions
· Issue credits if necessary.
· Follow-up on back order products and shipping issues
· Knowledge of consumer products
· Ability to communicate with customers and all levels of management
· Excellent customer service skills (Call center experience strongly preferred)
· Must have excellent computer skills.
