A well-established and successful manufacturer of power systems and related products is seeking a focused, friendly, and professional Administrative Assistant to perform a broad range of administrative tasks including all routine clerical functions. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department
- Assisting all office guests with administrative and order issues
- Processing sales orders, including data entry
- Providing support for customer service and delivery departments
- Sending customer and client invoices
- Receiving, sorting, scanning, and routing mail
- Additional clerical duties such as filing, faxing, copying, proof-reading, etc.

Qualifications: Previous Administrative Support experience required. Excellent, professional communication skills and computer aptitude are required.
