Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant for the South Plainfield area. The schedule will be Mon-Fri, 1pm to 5pm. This is a Temp to Permanent position. Position will be Part Time for 3 months until made a Permanent, Full Time employee. Our client has excellent benefits, fully vested 401k with Profit Sharing as well. What we look for:

  • At least 1 year Administrative experience preferred
  • Strong Math skills (Add, Subtract, Divide, Multiply)
  • Computer Savvy
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel (Excel for spreadsheets and data tracking)
  • Knowledge of Google Suite - Email and Google Calendar
  • Great communication skills when dealing with various project managers
  • Prompt response to emails, phone calls and inquiries
  • Professional attitude
  • Ok with starting Part Time and leading to Full Time after 3 months
