Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst 
Pay: $21-$22/hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Location: Englewood, CO 80112

Express Employment Professionals in Centennial, CO is seeking an in-office Accounts Payable Analyst to join the team of a local Fortune 500 food supplier in Englewood, CO! The ideal professional will be responsible for accurate and efficient processing to ensure on time payments, conducting root cause analysis and communicating professionally with internal and external customers.

 

Job Highlights:

• Accounts payable invoice processing, matching and exception resolution in high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Communicates with vendors and internal contacts to resolve discrepancies on Accounts Payable invoices
• Develops and maintains successful and positive relationships with functional areas throughout the organization
• Navigates well within multiple financial, ticket and approval systems
• Reviews vendor statements and matches to invoices and payments for discrepancies
• Ensures complete and timely processing to pay our vendor partners timely and accurately
• Follows up on approval of invoices with field locations
• Reviews invoice coding for accuracy and proper approvals

• 5% annual incentive bonus!

What we look for:

• 2+ years high-volume Accounts Payable experience 
• Ability to effectively balance strong productivity with quality work and accuracy
• Possesses effective and timely routine problem solving
• Ability to identify common issues and work through resolution
• High School Degree or GED
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
