Job Description
Customer Service Representative
$15 per hour + shift bonus
2nd Shift
A company in Springfield, OH is hiring a Customer Service Representative for second shift. The ideal candidate is computer-literate and skilled with typing, Windows XP, Microsoft Office programs (esp. Excel and Word), and building or auditing estimates and invoices.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Use Xactimate to calculate estimates as needed.
- Review details shared by customer to ensure accuracy.
- Submit invoices and documentation as necessary.
Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 2:30pm-11pm
