Title:  Customer Service Call Center Representative (Looking for 3+ years of current experience)

Pay:  $15.00/hr. - $19.00/hr. DOE

Location:  Mesquite, TX

Type:  Temp-to-Perm

Hours:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with 30-minute lunch (OT as needed)

We are currently seeking Customer Service Call Center Representative Associates for our client.  As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be determining product needs and requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining databases, and supporting company sales goals and objectives. Must be a go getter and determined.

Responsibilities: 

·         Serve customers by determining product needs and requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining databases, and supporting company sales goals and objectives.

·         Enter standard order and quotation requests into order entry system.

·         Increase sales by proactively providing alternative product offerings or solutions to external customers as appropriate.

·         Be a technical resource (i.e., style, size, application, mounting, etc.) for standard products and services with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

·         Multi-task to perform daily inside sales work (answer phone calls, enter orders, provide technical advice on product-related issues, etc.)

·         Maintain an exemplary customer service/problem-solving attitude and handle difficult customer situations to our customer’s satisfaction. Escalate when necessary.

·         Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and customer service.

·         Outgoing, upbeat personality

·         Prior customer service or customer relations experience preferred

·         Prior experience handling inbound calls

·         Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile

·         Highly motivated team player

·         Good mechanical aptitude and abilities required.

·         Well organized, with good numerical skills and a familiarity with computer database usage and Internet file transfer.

·         Must have strong computer skills.

·         Two (2) years post-high school education and two (2) years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Front line role with customers (3-5 years) preferred

·         Build and maintain supportive relationships with internal and external customers

·         Sales Support

·         Respond to incoming calls from customers

·         One call resolution for technical requests

·         Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail

·         Consulting/educating customers on ability/options available for customers

·         Critical thinking/problem solving

·         Project/job quoting

·         Conversion of approved quotes to sales orders

·         Place sales orders

·         Provide customer order status updates as needed
