- Answering calls professionally
- Assisting callers with questions
- Record call activity
- Provide a positive experience to callers
Express Employment Professionals is searching for a Customer Service Representative for placement with The State of Colorado.
What we look for:
- Phone etiquette
- Ability to provide a good customer experience
- Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
- Six months or more experience in retail or customer service setting
- Type 25+ words per minute
- Comfortability working in an office setting
This is a Monday - Friday opportunity, 8:00am - 4:45pm.
Paid training is provided. Opportunity for advancement and for departmental transfer are available.
This job does require a COVID vaccination.
