Express Atlanta Perimeter is accepting candidates and resumes for dependable and organized Call Center Representatives! The ideal candidates possess a great deal of professionalism and mental stamina who will thrive while working at a successful company. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in a call center and sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers in a fast pace setting, according to specified policies and procedures.
- Initiate high volume of customer outreach/outbound calls in a fast pace setting, according to specified policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions both by telephone and email
- Research required information using available resources
- Troubleshoot problems and provide information on status of repairs
- Accurately enter new customer information into system
- Verify and update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Make follow-up customer calls
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures
- Route calls as appropriate and per procedure
- Complete all Leads in compliance with set guidelines
- Work scheduled hours
- Manage customer calls in such a manner as to maintain a high level of customer support and satisfaction exceeding every customer’s expectations.
- Utilize strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Drive for “best in class” customer service.
- Respects confidentiality of company sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Sales experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent working knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving
