IT Operations and Support Manager – Ball Ground, GA
Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for an IT Operations and Support Manager for one of our premier, industry leading Manufacturing clients in the Atlanta area.
This is a permanent opportunity that offers excellent salary, benefits, and growth potential.
You will be the leader of the IT Service Management for multiple manufacturing plans. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and/or software.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years’ Technical Support experience in a manufacturing environment required
- 3+ years of PC and Networking troubleshooting experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting telephony systems
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
- 3+ years of experience of IT Service Management in ITIL organizations
- Microsoft or Networking certification(s) desired
- Working knowledge of ITIL Service Management
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
