YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WORKING IN DISPATCH SERVICES

As a Client Care Representative / Dispatcher, you are the "go-to" person at our company whether it's related to customer service or about scheduling, clients, employees, and technicians alike depend on you for accurate information. You will spend much of your time answering service-related calls, entering data, booking appointments, and efficiently managing the technician schedule. You will book service calls with the ability to match the correct technician to each call to maximize the client's experience. Whether it's an unfinished job, sold work, or resolving customer concerns, you know the what, when, and how.
