Our client Salesforce is looking for a contract Project Coordinator here in San Francisco, CA

The Project Coordinator, Strategic Marketing Projects (Contractor) is primarily focused on cross-functional initiatives supporting Marketing-prioritized pipe generation programs. This project management professional is a trusted partner to internal teams as they leverage these initiatives to achieve business goals and take the products and messages to market. This role works cross functionally with many teams--including campaigns, product marketing, sales, and sales enablement--to drive organizational alignment and clarity. The work streams requiring project management will include content development, website updates, template maintenance, enablement content syndication, and ongoing project tracking reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, precise attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The Project Coordinator, Strategic Marketing Projects (Contractor) reports to the Manager, Strategic Marketing Programs.

Required Skills/Experience:
Successful history in executing demand-generating and sales-accelerating marketing programs
Careful attention to detail, task-oriented, and extremely well-organized
Proficient managing projects to critical path, and expertise identifying, mitigating, and communicating risk to success
Comfort & experience with various project management tools, including Smartsheets and G-Suite. Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Project Management experience across methodologies
Ability to work in a cross-functional role and maintain collaborative relationships across teams
Capability and comfort juggling across multiple simultaneous projects

Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management certified professionals strongly preferred: PMP or PgMP / CAPM / PMI-ACP or commensurate
4+ years experience in program or project management roles, preferably in marketing
Bachelors Degree from a 4-year college/university with a relevant degree, or commensurate experience
