Lab Tech- 2nd shift
We typically start sometime between 1 and 3 PM and end between 9 and 11 PM. There will be some days when the contractor may need to be available during first shift, notably during the first few weeks for training.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Routine testing for Finished Product, In-process and Incoming raw material testing with minimal supervision
(Testing might include sampling and handling samples up to 20 lbs.)
Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment, working within and across different groups
Maintain accurate documentation of work product
Participate in laboratory investigations method development activities for new products and procedures
Follow standard operating procedures and keep current on all mandatory training
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a laboratory
Bachelors degree in a science or engineering field from an accredited institution
Prior laboratory experience.
Experience in FDA regulated laboratory is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Flexible and responsive to changing priorities
Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
