Experis is looking for Call Center Administrative Support in South Boston!

Responsibilities:
Shutdown Meeting planning and scheduling of resources related to major plant outages
Time Sheet Review and Goods Receipts of Services in COUPA for contractors
Goods Receipts for Parts Purchased in COUPA
Requisition Entering for Parts and or Services Needed in COUPA
Quotation Requesting, Receiving, Reviewing and Entering in COUPA
Invoice reconciliation to quotes and po’s – accuracy checks
Work Order reporting using SAP for 4 Work Centers
Notification reporting using SAP and E-Defect
Enter work order requests into SAP or use Sodexo’s QoL Hub website to manage facilities work requests handled by Sodexo (soft maintenance)
Schedule meetings with production contacts or vendors as needed
Record keeping and filling as needed
Other duties as assigned by the Facilities manager
Initial Scope and Requirements 40 Hours a week 6am 2:30pm Monday Friday
(Overtime, weekends, holidays may be requested by Management)

Requirements:
Two years experience in Call Center/Administrative work
Experience with SAP required
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft SharePoint
