***9 Month Contract Job – Possible extension to 1 year - Opportunity to work 1-2 days a week remote after training period!***


SUMMARY:
Looking for an extremely motivated, high-energy team player to coordinate sales enablement projects. This role will manage multiple projects with differing timelines and objectives. Will help coordinate the workload and schedule of Strategic Enablement Leads and the Production Team to ensure projects are completed to specification and on time. Travel: 5% travel is possible

DUTIES:
Project Management
Assist the Program Manager with project preparation, planning, and reviews
Organize, schedule, and coordinate projects from beginning to end
Communicate and coordinate work across all team functions
Coordinate logistics for live trainings including scheduling, sending communications, reserving rooms, facilities requests, badge access, reviewing/printing materials, and capturing feedback
Support the Production Team with LMS administration
Clearly represent and articulate sales enablements needs to various cross-functional teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, marketing, or related area is preferred
2+ years of experience in a business environment is preferred; project management experience is highly beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must have team/collaboration experience
Must be able to define needs, communicate objectives, negotiate commitments, and otherwise influence the cooperative efforts of others to achieve defined objectives
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and be adaptable to change
Prior sales or sales enablement experience is a plus
