Account Manager- Pharmacy Benefit Management
3 Month Contract to Hire
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGEMENT(PBM)/health care experience
5-7 years Marketing Account/Project Management
Proficient in POWERPOINT and Microsoft Office Word-Excel
An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
An excellent facilitator who has experience resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute
A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail while keeping an eye on the big picture
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, provide context and shift focus in an often fast-paced environment
Ability to assess, implement, maintain and contribute to the improvement of operational processes
Proven ability to activate and drive work forward as an individual contributor; managing appropriate balance of driving detailed outcomes at a rapid pace
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to influence and drive performance with cross-functional stakeholder
Ability to travel, preferably live near a major airport
Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required
Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
Act as primary day-to-day contact for assigned client book of business
Work collaboratively with extended client services team to drive high client satisfaction
Acknowledge and respond timely to all client requests and keep them updated on status of projects and other item resolution
Manage and lead regularly scheduled client meetings, including agendas and meeting notes
Maintain and track client action log for all clients
Manage the process of requests, questions, feedback, and route appropriately; track and monitor each project to ensure timely completion
Ensure Performance Guarantees stated in the client contracts are being tracked and met if applicable to Account Management
Coordinate with team to define and manage schedules, including the communication of actions needed to meet deadlines. Troubleshoot and facilitate resolution of issues that may affect the timely completion and quality of every project

As the Account Manager (AM)(remote), you will be responsible for managing client interactions in an accurate, responsive, reliable manner.
This position serves as a primary point of contact for client interactions.
This position has no direct reports. As the Account Manager you will have the opportunity to use your healthcare, consulting and prescription benefit management (PBM) and account management expertise to manage our business through day to day operations that will build multi-tiered relationships to promote renewal, retention, and up-sell of existing clients.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the workflow of requests from the customers though all the internal and external stakeholders through completion.
This includes the effective use of resources to ensure requests are aligned with existing department processes and completed in a timely manner.
This position provides support and coordination to achieve company, department and team goals.
