Account Manager

Location: Virtual

Contract: 3-11 months (Conversion to FTE possible)


Our high profile, E-Commerce Client is seeking an Account Manager to develop, grow, and maintain relationships with customers through exceptional client service and becoming a trusted advisor.

The ideal Candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently as well as a solid understanding of the Digital Media ecosystem (including basic understanding of online ad technologies.)

In January 2021, our Client's Advertising launched the Local Advertising business by partnering with local media companies to make The Company's Ad products available to local advertisers. We cater to three types of customers: (1) the local business, who is looking to drive customer acquisition and awareness in their local areas and reach a growing audience of cord-cutters, cord-nevers and cord-shavers, (2) the end customer, who is looking to get more exposure to consumer options in their local areas and whose viewing experience is enhanced with a more diversified and relevant ad mix, and (3) local media companies, who know the in-market dynamics and seek a growing and diverse set of ad products to provide to their local advertisers.


  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with customers through exceptional client service and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Partnering closely with sales teams to define metrics and measure success of campaigns
  • Building and delivering media plans using strategic insights and best practices
  • Manage end to end campaign fulfillment tasks by working with trafficking teams to traffic tags and ensure accurate tracking for campaigns
  • Handling multiple campaigns at any one time and meeting tight deadlines, while providing support to clients
  • Troubleshoot with assigned digital fulfillment teams
  • Providing reports to partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable
  • Regularly consulting sales teams on insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
  • Maintaining and organizing campaign-specific materials in the team's shared document repository
  • Utilizing strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts fluidly and cross functionally
  • Train corporate and station fulfillment teams on how to book, optimize, and bill for campaigns using the Amazon DSP through virtual and in-person trainings and regular scaled


  • A solid understanding of the Digital Media ecosystem including basic understanding of online ad technologies
  • A comprehensive understanding of CRM system (especially Salesforce), MSOffice (especially Excel) and Internet technologies
  • Exceptional attention to details / An analytical mind capable of learning quickly and adaptive to change
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently / Effective time management, planning and prioritization
  • Highly autonomous, self-directed and independent in both work and learning
  • Proven experience as a positive and helpful team member who actively contributes towards their team's common goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience, with the ability to identify risks, effectively manage through issues and advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunity
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media operations; client-facing/support positions at digital media buying agencies, internet publishers, ad networks, interactive creative agencies
  • Four-year college degree
