We are seeking Financial Advisors (Sales Agents) to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- You do not need to be licensed but if you are unlicensed, you must be ready and willing to learn from the best leaders within Experior Financial and our training program.

This is a commission-based position (not salaried) since salaries are very limited and do not maximize the potential of the financial advisor (sales agent). With commission, 2 clients per month is about $3000 of income. 4 clients is $6000. The current company record per one client, on one product, is $54,000.
