We offer an unmatched commission-based compensation program. A typical full-time income is from $100,000 to $150,000 while agency owners can earn up to $1,000,000. This is a commission-based position (not salaried) since salaries are very limited and do not maximize the potential of the financial advisor (sales agent). With commission, 2 clients per month is about $3000 of income. 4 clients is $6000. The current company record per one client, on one product, is $54,000. With just 2 clients, you will be able to make about $36,000 per year. You will be taught and mentored on how to find clients. At Experior Financial, we work as a TEAM.

With Experior Financial, our advisors have opportunities to grow, lead, and maintain ownership of their book of business from day one! This is not true for most Financial Services companies because they keep your book of business when you retire.

Our goal is to educate and assist people to protect their families with the absolute best coverage. We realize that 90% of people fail at age 65 when it comes to their finances due to a lack of financial education, the lack of a financial game plan, and the absence of a financial coach. Experior Financial is there to help them by providing them with education which is based on individual needs. We are not like so many other Financial Services companies that fail people due their focus on sales and commission. Our focus is on customers. We teach them wealth concepts to help them to build their wealth.

We are hiring licensed advisors as well as unlicensed advisors on a case by case basis. For the unlicensed, experience is considered an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate. In class and online training is available for HLLQP and LLQP licensing. We offer office training, webinar training, product knowledge groups, and matching with the most suitable mentors.

We offer amazing staff support, sales and leadership training along with personalized marketing materials.
