Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, and supported by a Jr. Graphic Designer and a Jr. Digital Designer, the Art Director will work with other members of the creative team, and in partnership with new business, account services and production departments to visually convey a particular message, idea or concept. They will rely on their knowledge and proficiency with current graphic design programs to produce graphic art and visual materials for event production, experience enhancements, concept visualization, presentation editing and digital content. The Art Director will also lead the agency's own branded communication. It is ESSENTIAL to have strong typography skills, significant digital experience and to understand how to design within spatial environments.

The Graphic Designer will have knowledge of graphic design software and tools, including:
• Creative thinking skills
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• AutoCAD a plus
• Understanding of the printing process and specifications
• Familiarity with production and rendering methods, including drawing, offset printing, photography, interactive media
• A strong comfort with Google Slides
A Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design or similar accreditation
