This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone who will stay long-term with the company.
The Employee will be expected to perform the following primary job duties:
Answer Phones – Answer all incoming phone calls and enter the information into the message log portion of the database. Relay important messages to the appropriate persons.
Check-in with all Technicians via phone/text - Check with technicians to be sure that their daily schedule is understood and that they are on track to complete the work as assigned in the correct order. Inquire about any problems with service and any missed stops to ensure proper communication with technicians is being achieved during the week. Communicate with management any questions regarding pricing, the order of jobs, and emergency service calls they receive from customers.
Schedule/Reschedule work assignments – This includes all jobs that need to be completed including, routine work, follow-ups, missed stops, odd jobs, new starts, Power Sprays, Termite Work, Quality assurance work etc. This includes calling the customers and technicians to coordinate services and schedules. This also includes entering work to the technician's cloud calendar.
Monitor /Record Technician Hours and progress – Do periodic checks of technician status through the use of the company GPS system to ensure productivity, quality service, accuracy, hours are tracked, and proper use of the vehicles.
Run/Review Reports – Review reports such as missed stops, new sales, and follow up reports to ensure all work is being properly scheduled; review contracts, edit/QA service tickets before sending to customers, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests for management and customers.
Reconcile Routes - Go through work completed and make sure it matches the scheduled jobs. Check-out technicians at the end of the week with their reconciliation report.
Daily Office Tasks - Any other office tasks or errands requested by management.
