Customer Service Associate is a long-term position where sales and customer service skills and experience will add value to not only our clients but to the culture of our team. We handle all the business to business sales and retention efforts for clients in some of the fastest-growing industries in the country.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Help Support and Provide quality assurance with current customers
- Setting and keep sales appointments
- Assist the sales managers
- Create and hit weekly and monthly goals
- Training of new sales associates
