The Senior Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with all of Imagenet, LLC’s clients. The Client Relations Manager will be expected to be able to work both independently and within a team environment and will be held accountable for overall Client satisfaction.

Functional Responsibility

· Compile and maintain complete and accurate records on each client and their elected services

· Maintains detailed agendas and meeting minutes for each client interaction

· Understands, communicates, and shares Company vision throughout organization and provides cross-functional perspective, direction, and support

· Documents, catalogs and trends Client issues, concerns and complaints

· Handles issues, concerns, and complaints in an objective and timely manner

· Manages direct sales calls on accounts to develop long-term working relationships with the Purchasers / Clients

· Develops and implements strategies that help drive operational efficiency

· Proactively communicates business issues and opportunities to sales / executive teams

· Submits required reports and expenses in a timely manner, meets all prescribed deadlines

· Coordinates, attends and facilitates client meetings and events

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field required

· 5-7 years of providing sales and customer support

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

· Familiarity with CRM platforms

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Strong negotiation skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Must possess excellent planning and organizational skills

· Intermediate to advanced skillset with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Ability to navigate the Internet/Intranet and use Nielsen/BDN data for effective business development

· Strong communicator and negotiator

· Ability to work independently and build relationships

Travel Requirements:

· Requires ability to travel frequently and flexibility in schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed

Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· AS / BS Degree Preferred

Experience:

· One to Three years’ management experience preferred

Technical Skills / Knowledge:

· Understanding of health claims process flows

· Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical computation routines

· Medical terminology strongly preferred

· Understanding of ICD-9 & ICD-10

· Basic MS office computer skills

Ability to work independently or within a team

Time management skills

Written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Must be able to demonstrate sound decision making skills
