Facilities Assistant

We are an adult only resort and boutique hotel. We are currently looking to fill our facility attendant position. This is a hybrid position, a mix of handy work, customer service, property up-keep, and preventative maintenance. The correct individual will be able to professionally greet a late night check-in, and turn around and fix a quick toilet handle issue. They should be able to help a guest with a suit case, and turn around and sweep up a spill. Part of meeting the needs of our guests, is ensuring that the facility remains clean and safe.
Job duties include but are not limited:
- Customer Interaction
- Handyman Work
- Trash Collection
- Light Emergency Housekeeping
- Property up keep
- Property monitoring and incident reporting.
All of this while providing a pleasant demeanor and customer oriented outlook.
Our facilities assistants will have an array of responsibilities that range from maintenance and janitorial duties to checking in late-night arriving motel guest.
