1099 Account Executive / Sales Reps - Remote in USA

Our account executives are responsible for education and informing multiple customer groups on the amazing products we have to offer.

To qualify for consideration, candidates will have a proven track record of success in sales in a fast- paced environment; will possess confidence; emotional intelligence; credibility and high integrity; and an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities: This role will require a highly-motivated individual with strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections in a face-to-face consultative environment.

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with targeted aesthetics and regenerative practices within a defined market
• Meet with new and existing customers to determine their goals and provide the right product at the right time with the right balance.
• Introducing Exocel Bio science and products to new accounts
• Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Provide value and educate our customers look for in regarding our approach, the procedure, and our processes, including all documentation and financing/payment options available.
• Manage the appropriate follow up with all parties (internal and customer teams)
• Maintain and develop a strong pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective customers who did not move forward in their initial communication (in other words, be relentless, persistent and assertive).
• Supporting Exocel Bio accounts in their marketing efforts by attending open houses and similar in office events
• Representing Exocel Bio at industry trade shows and medical professional conferences

Qualifications:

• Passion and commitment for delivering exceptional customer service and results
• 3+ years of customer- facing business development experience
• Direct sales experience in the aesthetics dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa markets.
• Establish customers
• Demonstrated high degree of proficiency for creating rapid growth for the customers serviced
• Proven, outstanding track record (minimum of 3 years) in sales in a high- energy, high-paced environment. Experience with one-on-one consultative selling in industries such as finance, education, plastic or cosmetic surgery, hair replacement, or other professional settings is considered a plus.
• Is a quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the patient’s needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other team members.
• Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward (manage KPIs).
• Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Positive outlook and a passion for what we do!
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
