Job Description

We are a brand new Real Estate Brokerage with an inclusive environment, and all are encouraged to apply! We are searching for a very unique real estate administrator/office manager. Are you someone who can coordinate our team and encourage them to attend all the coaching sessions? Do you know how to navigate social media and post to our sites? Can you plan events like a boss or a queen? Do you understand or can you learn the basics of bookkeeping? We believe that loving and caring for others is the way to success for everyone. We need someone that is excited about being involved in building something very special. This role will be shared with the broker of record. A second administrator will be hired in 3 to 6 months as we grow together. 


Responsibilities:

-Serve as the face and voice of the brand, promoting our products and services to Realtors and clients, understands our plan and goals

— Assist with organizing and executing marketing events, trade shows, and professional activities

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies-build and maintain relationships with Realtors, clients and vendors

-Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses, trust accounts, paying agents, paying bills, updating the CRM on a daily basis, setting up and maintaining an excellent filing system, making feature sheets, inputting listings, reporting deals, preparing offers and deal paperwork as needed.

-Dresses professionally, and greets people warmly

Skills:

-Licensed Realtor is a must 

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Has good knowledge with all of the real estate sites that we use on a daily basis (Matrix, Broker Bay, DocuSign, etc)

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

-Proficient in using Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) also google drive (google docs and sheets)for helping the broker with creating reports, presentations and trainings

-Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software for financial tasks is a bonus

-Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others if necessary

-Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills

-Ability to file documents accurately, and maintain organized records

-Strong understanding of social media platforms and be willing to do daily posts for the company

Pay;

$50,000 per year with 2 weeks paid vacation.
Bonus of 10% commission on agent’s income from any Realtors you introduce into our office. Plus a yearly bonus based on total office sales. Many of the administrators at Exit Realty exceed $70,000. Our goal is to see you receive this and more!
