Receptionist at Cannabis Retail

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated employees to join our cannabis team.
Our goal is to enhance people's lives with the medicinal uses of marijuana and help reduce the stigma around the legal cannabis industry. We find joy in educating others on the benefits of the plant and guiding our clients in their discovery of different brands and products that will best achieve their desired effects. We’re in search of team members that share our passion for cannabis and are eager to help clients in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for positive and hard working team players for the front desk position. The front desk is responsible for fully checking IDs, verifying age and validity, creating customer profiles both medical and recreational and
making sure all documents in our system are 100% accurate. This position requires attention to detail and is directly involved in the customers first impression of us. The idea candidate is friendly, helpful, reliable, eager to learn, and can handle stress well. 

Qualifications:
– Must be 21+.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Ability to multi-task.
– Customer service experience required.
– Experience and knowledge in the cannabis industry. (Preferred)
– Good punctuality.
– Telephone communication skills.
– Reliable transportation.
– Strong written and oral communication skills.
– Available on weekends. (Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday)
– Available on holidays.
– Available to cover shifts if needed.
– Bilingual is a plus!

Duties of a Receptionist include but are not limited to:
– Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person and on the phone.
– Properly answering or directing phone questions as needed.
– Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
– Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed.
