EXELA TECHNOLOGIES IS HIRING A GENERAL CLERK II - WASHINGTON, DC (2nd Shift)
Shift Hours: 10:30am - 7pm Monday - Fridays
As a General Clerk, you will be performing a variety of Copy, related services. You will also be responsible for providing quality customer service and working effectively in a team environment with other service staff.
· One (1) year of heavy Copy/Scanning experience
· The ability to learn and retain a wide variety tasks, and perform those tasks as needed with minimal or no notice.
· The ability to work different shifts as needed with minimal notice.
· The ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, document scanners and printers.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, databases and database software.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
The ability to perform the following physical tasks:
· Standing, bending and stretching to retrieve files and boxes from shelves.
· Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed.
· Climbing short ladders or step stools and keeping balance with or without loaded boxes.
· Loading, pushing and unloading carts of boxes or files.
