Small but fast paced title insurance office seeking a bright individual committed to outstanding customer service . Must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the industry with an understanding and confidence in taking a file from inception to losing. Including clearing titles; processing orders; preparing HUD/Closing Disclosure statements, Conducting in house settlements, Disbursements, Policies etc. Computer literate with ability to learn title software (Accutitle) . Knowledge of FORECLOSURES IS A PLUS. You will be required to obtain NJ Notary. . No benefits and NON COMPETE required. Some flexibility with work schedule please provide availability with resume.
Perfect position for a self motivated individual with title knowledge including those who have managed or owned in the industry as you will not be micromanaged.
