This " triple threat" role includes the retention and expansion of existing contracts in strategically defined business segments. You will interact with all internal organizations within the Company and develop a broad customer base in defined market segments or areas. Provides independent and in-depth assessment/viewpoint relating to new business/follow-on pursuits for senior staff of the Company. Maintain responsibility for facilitating and coordinating day-to-day activities with the program manager and 10+ pillar teams. Oversee Delivery Program Managers meet program goals, resource planning, monitoring, and reporting progress. Identify, remediate, and escalate operational challenges, gaps, risks and issues, and improvement opportunities to the business operations council and program leadership. Guide detailed problem-solving and design-related discussions to achieve the preferred future state.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate the network requirements, security, end-user, telephony, and other technologies of remote customer offices, campus buildings, and Data Centers and define equipment and solutions needed to upgrade buildings and sites to established standard.
  • Analyze the current as-is state of architecture and determine implementation requirements to evaluate and implement new Architecture Solutions.
  • Continually review the customer's architecture and practices looking for opportunities to enhance network functionality, performance, and reliability. Assist in the evaluation of potential products or technical solutions and craft solutions to enhance customers operability and modernize the architecture with little to no impact to mission.
  • Contribute to the development of documentation, including diagrams, standards, specifications, and operating procedures. The candidate will monitor for opportunities to enhance the customer network/system performance or reliability.
  • Perform on-going management of solutions to simplify and systematize network installation and upgrade projects and provide guidance to regional staff on how to implement Projects and provide status of project measurements to the Government customers.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to show expertise in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
  • Ability to lead teams and stakeholders throughout the capture process

Skills

  • Proven experience as a software architect
  • Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
  • Understanding of software quality assurance principles
  • A technical mindset with great attention to detail
  • High quality organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • MSc/MA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of related hands-on experience Skills in various technologies including some or all of the following:
  • Security Governance & Regulatory Compliance Risk Management, Continuous Monitoring, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Mobility, IT Service Management, encryption, cloud computing, cognitive computing, Virtualization Technology, Splunk and Network Security Architecture Design.
  • 10 years of hands-on network and security experience for implementation of IT Solutions.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis
  • 15+ years of experience in direct management of development capture efforts for federal clients
  • 10+ years of experience with supporting the intelligence community's mission
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Experience with successful execution of all phases of a large and multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, market, or competitive and price-to-win analyses · Decisive leader with the ability to make decisions independently, quickly, and with little supervision
