LOCATION: Simi Valley / Oxnard / Westlake Village / Woodland Hills

Seasonal Promotional Sales Associates drive sales growth by flexing into multiple areas of the store during peak time frames to assist customers with their many different needs. Serving the customer is always the top priority regardless of the work area. Employees assist in multiple areas of the store while balancing tasks and assignments. Position Duties:

  • Maintain customer service and enhance productivity level and communicate daily about sales and customer issues.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information and assist customers daily with their purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Provide friendly, personalized service to clients and consumers.
  • Create a memorable brand experience for consumers.
  • Interaction inside of retailers with clients and customers in order to promote products and services to increase sales.
  • Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers.
  • Implement retail marketing plans, including:
    • Product positioning
    • Campaign strategies
    • Brand Awareness
    • Market strategy insights
  • Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
  • Manage in-store relations including customer service and client acquisitions.
