About Us: Executive Energy Management is a management body for sales and customer service organizations.  We work with sales and customer service people who understand the value of industry expertise, courteous and professional interactions with customers, and the responsibility of representing the brand of the client. The companies we manage have call centers located in Las Vegas, Nevada and Colombia. 


The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company's human resources department.  This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employment law compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employment law compliance and employee engagement.

 Essential Functions

  • Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Overall responsible for HR compliance across several brands.  Executive escalation point for HR teams. 
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Develop department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Plan and oversee administration of employee benefit, health and safety programs
  • Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Initiate and supervise the implementation and advancement of human resource processes
  • Follow and ensure adherence to relevant internal and legal procedures 
  • Suggest appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
  • Oversees and handles as necessary employee relations counseling.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Ensures timely and accurate maintenance of human resource information system records.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Coordinates with legal department on escalated matters as part of company risk management strategy.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required skills:

  • AT least 3 years of managerial HR experience
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in a contact/call center.
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulations
  • Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ethical conduct
