Job Description
Our client is seeking a full time HR Generalist/Business Partner II that drives change and excels in achieving organizational success. This role will support a high volume, fast paced, manufacturing group.

- The HRBP consults with employees and managers to address root causes of constraints and works actively to resolve using a systematic approach. Responsiveness and follow-through are key.
- We are part of a larger organization with company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation & salary analysis, benefits – health & wellness, workforce planning, DEI, and talent platforms) which the HRBP actively participates in and drives to closure.

- Compliance / Process & Policy Administration / Special Projects & HR Platforms and Programs. The HRBP is involved in every step of the employee journey.

- Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving. The successful HRBP will be a visible employee champion and change agent across the site location.
Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree coupled with a minimum of 2 years’ HR generalist experience in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, talent and benefit management.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a US person under US export laws or, eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license. A US Person includes a US citizen, lawful Permanent Resident, refugee or asylee.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or HR related field
- Master's Degree in related field of study and minimum 1 years' generalist experience
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace and defense. Prior work in a government contracting environment preferred.
- Experience working in a high-volume work environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, with strong focus on change / transformation.
- Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint and HR systems (Oracle is a plus)
- Persuasive communication skills, in both written and oral presentations.
- Relatable to all levels of employees
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments with strong customer orientation.
