Long Term Contract
Develops and directs the strategic planning of multiple projects.
Oversees coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully complete projects.
Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.
Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
Plans and conducts communications during the project to ensure stakeholders are involved, expectations are accurately set, managed, and key stakeholders receive adequate communications throughout the project lifecycle and this includes customer and Technik stakeholders
Defines program value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for global programs
Ensures high quality is planned and delivered on the project, meeting all agreed upon requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction through the management of the overall customer experience
Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc) to complete the program objectives on time, within scope, and on budget
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Project management certification preferred
5+ years of Agile Project or Program management experienceMust be knowledgeable about the SDLC, PM artifacts, and agile methodologies
