Group Home Direct Care Staff

Excellent Care Inc is a Medicaid provider of services to people with Developmental Disabilities (Special Needs). We aim to provide care and services to our clients in order to help them better develop independent skills to improve their quality of life. Our services are provided to our clients in our Residential Habilitation facility, also know as a Group Home. We are in need of qualified staff to perform the following duties. We are hiring for both part time and full-time staff position starting at $12.00 an hour.

Household Chores

Clean Bathroom(s)

Kitchen/Dishes
Make Bed, Change Linen
Laundry
Vacuum

Meal Preparation/Feeding

Medication Administration

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED

*CPR

*First Aid

*Blood Bourne Pathogens

Level 2 Background Clearance

Local Police Background Screening

3 Reference Letters

Physicians Statement (physical)

Additional Requirements will be discussed via interview

*CPR, First Aid, & Blood Bourne Pathogens training must be a conducted by a vendor approved by either the American Health & Safety Institute, American Red Cross, or the American Heart Association.

Supplemental benefits includes coverage for accident, injury, hospitalization, short term disability, protection and compensation for missed time from work, etc. Once hired the employee will meet with Excellent Care's Benefits Advisor to choose a plan option.
