The Administrative Assistant position is Full Time, with the hours from 8 am to 5 pm or 7 am to 4 pm, Mondays through Fridays. The pay rate for this position is $19-$20/hr. If you are qualified and interested, submit your resume today!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule Appointments
- Data Entry
- Client contact/customer support
- Act as support for the Estimating Department and Bid Coordinating
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must have strong Excel/Spreadsheet skills
- Construction experience a plus
- Must have great computer skills
- Great oral and written communication skills
