As a Client Services Representative you will monitor EDI, fax, email, and web portals. You will communicate with current, as well as potential customers, enter job orders, monitor job progress, and report back to clients when necessary. You will also organize client paperwork, assist in the billing process and adhere to client specifications. You may also perform basic clerical duties.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Call center office experience
High volume customer service experience
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Satisfactory completion of background screening and drug screening. Once you’re on-board we’ll have you complete HIPAA training, Bloodborne Pathogen training, and TSA training.
