Accounts Receivable Representative

We are looking for a professional and diligent Accounts Receivable Representative to join our office, located here in the city of Calabasas.

As the Accounts Receivable Representative, you will be responsible for tracking the assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, investigate the reason, and resolve any discrepancies that come up.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, can work independently, is detail-oriented/analytical/problem solver, AND has the desire to grow in their skills and career with us.

Additionally, you will:

• Contact clients to resolve missed payments and plan the course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Confirm client’s information and payment agreements and update account status and database regularly, make detailed notes
• Inform management regarding the effectiveness of collection strategies for various accounts and immediately report any clients with payment issues
• Encourage clients’ utilization of payment options offered to them, ensuring ACH requests are processed correctly.
• Professionally handle questions or concerns and create trusting relationships with clients

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. First shift, from 8 am to 5 pm. Monday to Friday.

These are our requirements, and what we will be looking for on your resume:

• You have at least 1-2 years of previous Accounts Receivable/Collections experience
• You have background knowledge of mathematics, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to learn and use proprietary in-house software that is extremely user-friendly
• You possess professional verbal and written communication in English
• You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
