Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Clinical Program Coordinator to support the clinical development team deliver on program objectives.  Reporting to the VP of Integrated Program Management, the qualified individual will assist with administrative and financial aspects of running complex, multi-site, cross-functional programs from discovery through clinical development.  The Clinical Program Coordinator will work with teams that may support internal innovate programs or execute programs supporting partners or external clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating writing, budget development, review, formatting, and all other aspects of generating a proposal
  • Working closely with finance to evaluate budget vs forecast on a monthly basis for ongoing programs
  • Writing and coordinating reporting documents for assigned programs as needed, including financial actuals, with involved business areas
  • Coordinating programs teams updated annual budget forecast and work plans as needed
  • Scheduling of teleconferences.
  • Creating meeting agendas and taking formal notes.
  • Maintaining/updating program documents on shared cloud based platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Maintaining/developing spreadsheets for various program activities such as action/decisions/risk logs.
  • Maintaining and tracking document flow between external parties
  • Coordinating the development and review of various program documents such as working practices and plans.
  • Other project duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-5 years of work experience in clinical trials, basic science, financial, or healthcare industries, or other relevant work experience
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office experience particularly Word and Excel.
  • SharePoint and database experience are a plus.
  • Ability to handle work flow in a fast paced environment
