Our company is a leading manufacturer and brand of sports training equipment. We focus on product design development and improvement to achieve success in this fast-paced market.

We are currently seeking a Product Design Engineer to join our team! The Product Engineer will develop and maintain product specifications for our evolving manufacturing and marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and correct design issues of existing products.
  • Participate in the design review process for new and redesigned products.
  • Conduct first article evaluations on newly sourced products.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches.
  • Communicate engineering specs and component revisions with manufacturing departments.
  • Review returned product claims and product return data for product improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree n Engineering.
  • Manufacturing process experience.
  • Able to identify and correct design issues.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
