The chosen candidates will provide customers with exceptional experiences while encompassing sales, accounting, A/R and day to day interaction with the Operations team. This is a fast paced, constantly changing position where full product and process knowledge are required. The perfect candidates will have an independent commitment to exceed and produce the best performance.
Product Knowledge and pricing. Know available products and be able to inform clients about options and rental selections.
Operation Knowledge. Complete understanding of order fulfillment.
Order entry, complaint handling, inventory availability, service issues and accounts receivables.
Handle customer management through email and extensive phone communications.
Technology knowledge. Be able to work with all software the company uses to manage and maintain customers.
Create proposals including cost estimating using basic spreadsheets.
Answer inbound calls, including redirecting to appropriate departments.
Education clients on operational standard that enable 100% Customer Satisfaction.
Must be able to perform physical duties as needed.
